Withdrawal Management

For adults presenting with sub-acute withdrawal symptoms or acute withdrawal symptoms. Availability of specialized clinical consultation and supervision for bio-medical, emotional, behavioral and cognitive issues, with a referral to the next appropriate level of care at discharge. Karen's House

Karen's House is a women’s residential treatment facility that provides services for individuals with a mental health condition and substance use disorder within a therapeutic home-like environment.

Cub House

Cub House is a men’s residential treatment facility that provides services for individuals with a mental health condition and substance use disorder within a therapeutic home-like environment.

Outpatient

STARS Co-Occurring Intensive Outpatient Services provides a full range of mental health and substance use disorder treatment services in coordination with STARS Withdrawal Management and Residential programs.
