Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Assessment and Mental Health Assessment

Our trained Substance Use Disorder Professionals offer comprehensive assessment and diagnosis based on the American Society of Addiction Medicine’s six dimensions to assist the client in being referred to the appropriate level of care.

We accept Medicaid (Molina, Community Health Plan of Washington, Coordinated Care and Wellpoint). We do except cash or card. A sliding fee scale is available to those who qualify. We do not accept private insurance.
